Come out to Samford at your earliest convenience. Have a look around, talk to some of us and ask us about the Special Ops club.

Khanage, Sardukarn and The Camo Kid are all regular frequenters of the Samford fields. As am I.

You can most regularly find us wandering around in the bush, looking for another of our number to shoot at.:lol:

If you need any advice, have any questions or generally want to know anything about anything paintball - whether it be bushball or tourney/sup air ball - here is the place to find it.

Look around, ask as many questions as you like. And if you are considering getting your own marker, look at the threads in this section about Qld Weapons Licensing. If you don't find your question's answer there, PM any of us here in Qld for an answer.

so as a over all im carently in the prosess of joining up at samford (field looks grate out ther) plus being 15min from home is a not to bad have been out there already and have been realy imprest with the help i got
looking more into tornie and alike but not going to but my self in just one form yet tell i try b4 i buy so to speak
will be out at samford sat 4 the training day but have to work on sun so will have to miss red dawn sorry cant wait to get more seriosly envolved

Hey nik,

Everyone will be running around trying not to get shot mate. I wouldn't worry about standing out there!!

Just quickly man, take some water with you, because there isn't much to speak of in terms of drinkable water. If you have a CamelBak/Hydrapak or anything of the like, take it. You'll need it more than you can imagine.

If you've got some cams, wear them.

Like Horny Driver said, come out to Samford when you can (this weekend would be choice). Getting started can sound like it's a lot of hassle, but I found it to be easy if you trust in the kindness of strangers and ask as much as you can about the stuff you don't know about - which in my case was pretty much everything. 6 months ago I was where you are, and I haven't made a complete idiot out of myself, so you should be fine. See you out there.

yeah once its all under way sholdnt be to bad im just surching the net confuseing myself about markers although ive al ready got my googles (jt flex8 full cover) and a pair of slide shorts from empire and i have some fox shin and nee pads from my rideing days so getting ther but it still doesnt mean much till u got something to shoot ill get there but
ps thanx for the props on the avatar belive it or not it only took me about 30sec to find it on the net
