m16/14 markers

Does anyone use those m16 and m14 lookalike markers ? I see em advertised all over the net. Are they any good and are they legal ?

Anything that resembles a "for real" firearm is illegal. I prefer it that way, no big call for their use in Australia anyway. Scenario games are big in the US, but not really over here.
