Hookem Cup 04 Results

Back from the Hookem Cup, deffenitly safe to say all the teams had a great time as Paintball Pete ran a great show for everyone. Each team played 18 games in total, and at the end the results were:

1st: Severe Australia:clap: :respekt:
2nd: The Mexicans (w.a - dman, cherryl, gav wa, ash, diesel, matho) :armed:
3rd: Fallout :thumbsup: (Hideous, Ir3, Trent, Blacky, Viv)
4th: Kaoz (s.a)
5th: Ratpak (vic)
6th: Mt White Boyz (nsw)
7th: Torment (nsw echuca)

There was lots of great play and the leader board did swing quite a bit as several teams had patches of inconsistency. Just off the top of my head there was some great play and moves by Ricky(Severe), Scott Terry(Ratpak), and was cool and funny to watch when Dman was going to run to 50 down the centre(where there was no cover), but he dropped early to avoid paint or something and crawled from the 15 to the 50. Mexicans 16 cases after day 1 :respekt:

That isnt actually the results Ethan, Ratpak finished 4th, Pete mucked up at the presentations and mixed up us and Kaos...minor thing I know but true.
Had heaps of fun, I think the lack of firepower hurt us ratpakers (we had 3 mechanical cockers on the team) on the break we rarely dropped any of the opposition but lost some of our own pretty often...
Thanks to all who made it happen, I know all the ratpakers (including Brett from Kaos!) had a great time..the reffing was excellent, air was always 3000 psi, paint was great (zap chronic :thumbsup: ) the attitude of everyone was really good, no :hammer: , and just a good place to be all weekend, thanks again Pete, you have once again done the memory of Andy Hookem proud for running such and excellent event in his name :respekt:

Cheryl from the mexicans shooting herself in the foot whil it was a 2 on 2 with the kaos boys was funny too, never mind Cheryl! :D

Like to give a huge thanks to the Fallout boys, you were a great team to play for, we were slow off the mark (loosing 4 in a row on the first day) but once we got our spots worked out had a blast, great bunch of guys, :respekt:

Why didnt you play at the Hookem cup then Skip?? U Missed out on a great weekend. Got there Friday, played all day Saturday and half of Sunday, be home by Sunday night. Great Weekend of paintball. :lol:
