Hi, new to the sport and I ve seen some setups with the bottle totally removed from the gun and held in a harness with a remote line going to the gun. Can anyone give me some pros and cons of a setup like this? Obviously it takes some weight off your gun and may allow more manouverability etc.... but does it have negative effects on gas/air flow, or is the lines at times prone to leaking or such? Thanks

you can get tangled in it
depends on the state on how long your marker has to be so you would need a stock
really good if you are using C02
looks really crap
more stuff to go worng
more weight on your back
takes up room on your back where paint can go

That's only the opinion of 2 players..

You should base your own on your preference/s...

Borrow a setup and go play, it aint how you look - it's about how comfortable it is for you..

While all views are valid, what's good for them may not necessarilly be the best for you, your position or style of play..

I don't play remote anymore - but never had a problem with my stainless steel remote.. The only reason I switched was to make more room - and my reg doesn't allow for off marker installation..
( not really beneficial for HPA, but CO2 benefit's from it due to weight and temperature )
