When don't they work ?

The Cyborg went back to Macdev for UPGRADES last tourney.

Cocker has always worked, before and after the Raceframe was added.

03 Shocker had a Severe Paint bursting issue. I can shoot 2 cases of Chronic and no burst.......... The shocker did have RFDO when i got it.,.. but at least it NEVER stopped.

All are working thanks, as you know i have to LEND them out to starving team mates so often.

There was some awesome ball all day, saw a great move by Deadeye where he took off from the centre down his right tape to bunker 2 B/Brothers and completely open the game up for an Effect win.... But not as good as JJJ's move down the tape to take out Deadeye and another Effect player in there last game of the day to not only win the game but also the day for Eclipse...

Big :respekt: to the Eclipse boys they all played as a great team and turned it on when it mattered most...

Effect won the games but lost points to a reff's interpretation of rules .
It sucks but oh well thats paintball isnt it.
Untill we get pro reffs we will always get differnt interpretations of rules at each torney you go too.
It all comes down to "you get what you pay for" you dont pay much you dont get much.
I still had alot of fun and shot lots of ppl and i felt most of the reff's did a great job

150 points lost in penalties :rofl::rofl: Ive been reading APPL rules, says nothing of 50 point penalties. Dont matter but, the tourny was worth it cause I got to spend quality time with my Borg.

50 points penalty for me, for a "hit" that wasn't bigger then a US quarter coin, that was my team paint.

Initially 50 points penalty Ethan, cuz he played on with an "obvious hit" (something almost definable as paint on the JT logo on his pants), then taken back. He got eliminated by the refs, our last player hangs the flag. That didn't count, cuz after the game the refs said they gave Ethan a 1 4 1 for playing on. They didn't pull our last player's armband and didn't say anything when we all walked off. So they didn't count the flag hang and grab.

50 points penalty for Bryce going to his car after the tourney without a face mask.

Makes 150 points less for us for stuff, that isn't even justifiable by any rules the NPPL has given out.

Well whatever, it was only 5000 k's some people travelled to experience that kind of stuff :(

SAPPA rules...I thought sappa used APPL rules, which are NPPL rules. And theres no copy of the rules for teams to read, so the only extra rules should be stated at the Captains meeting right but no mention of the 50 point penalties there...all in the past now but.

When were we informed that the horn "sounded" the end of the game?

After the paint check of the remaining players I thought the game was over after the refs were mucking around.
It cost me 10 points.

A broken ball between the pack and body from a pod cost another 7 + 50 points after the hang.

Sorry but that is not our problem - that is your the first ref that did the check.

The Ref's did a good job overall, but I strongly suggest that these are serious issues for us in Victoria.

If you don't want our company there are easier ways of telling us.

steady on with the "we lost cos we got more penalties" boys, lotsa other teams including those SA's in the top 3 were also given huge penalties for exactly the same thing, true is was a shock to recieve 50 for the obvious hit thing but it wasn't the VICs who were just being targetted, and I think its a little harsh to assume that ( I saw a lot of swearing out there that was deemed illegal by the refs and no arm bands pulled or 1 4 1's think about how many times that may have been in your favour?)and as I said to the cyclone boys and girls (who very much agreed) that it seems that refs are sloppy and very irratable when you havent reffed a full tourney before but do it yourself sometime its a crap job and there wil ALWAYS be arguemantative abusive players. Walk on to the field after the refs have had a few spatting players and you can expect a few harsh calls. I personnaly thought the reffing was great......(takes a deep breath)
when I heard 12 games i thought this is gonna be a rat race, congrats to the refs and SAPPA committee for makin it all run to time and very smoothly

Jacqui in the compound an excellent help makin sure everyone was on time, no waitin round

JT and Mike in the chrony station, great stuff fast and fluid with no bunch ups great stuff

Shane and ______(sorry dude insert name here!) at the pending station with armbands very polite and kept track of all teams ready to play

Andy- keepin it cool when all hell broke loose at the DMZ, never seen a dude chill a whole team so easy ( very thourough on rules and every answer was straight from the book it seemed!) :bow:

Danny, Daniel and Pat- you boys were mixing it up wickedly, and you were reffing! weren't afraid to move the field

Brett and Skip keepin it real, made some awesome calls and was really in there keepin the guys honest,dont know how many times you got shot checkin me but you did well! :thumbsup: :bow:

Troy............top stuff dude, no one may have realised but when everyone was eating he stayed out and cleaned every barricade by himself, and he had been in the sun since the beginning, and was there to the end, not always seen eye to eye dude but :respekt:, kept his cool even though as head ref everyone was bitchin at him

some may complain but you all did a smashing job and set new benchmarks for SAPPA tourney's
