where to get shims for regulator shim stack?

I believe that I need another shim for my shim stack in my inline reg. I got a second inline regulator internal module and compared it to my existing regulators shim stack. The new one is missing a shim when compared to my existing shim stack.

Is shim the right word anyway? :)

Are these standard pieces?
Where do I get one?
