Filling out a B709 form.

I have searched for info reguarding this but have had no luck yet.
Has anyone (HeDsHoTz maybe??) filled out a B709 in NSW?
I want a J&J barrel kit and cannot find any in Aus, (that people would part with anyway;) )
What i would like to know is:
what should i put in Reason for importation section.....(wording to use?)

sorrt i cant help with NSW
but in SA all we have to do is call firearms and apply for a B709 with you customs seizure notice

When I imported some Tech-T bits for my G3, my gen reason was that "no-one stocks them in Aus"

All cool, had the bits in about 10 days from the states.
