Maybe a little about yourself, how long you have been playing, where and with who might help. What are you looking at, tournament ball or bushball ??
And welcome on board. May your wallet always be empty and your hopper always full

Little about myself... I'm fourteen i want to get into paint ball as a sport... i shoot rifles & pistols for fun at clubs & farms i live in central gold coast (surfers). I'm looking for a team.. i'm very good with navigation... i'm in air force cadets I have my own cam's for paint ball and i'm currently saving up for a ghillie suit with rifle rag. I have played paint ball 1 time before & loved it... i died once out of 12 matches (victory to the reds!) =]. I also love to use my hands to do minor mechanic skills, eg. fix cars & mess around with potato cannons (make them). I really badly want to join a paint ball team which i will learn alot of skills from and i will learn alot of teamwork. though i will start off bad... i will never lay my gun down & call it quits... i will fight aslong as i can before that paintball with my name on it hits me with force & knocks me down! XP sorry got a bit to enthusiastic but yes i would love to join a paintball team that does scenario paint ball =] thanks, 13lack jak
P.S. I still haven't got my paint ball gun yet so =S it might hold me back a bit =S

Easy Tiger! looks like you'll have to wait just abit longer as you have to be 15 to play. But I don't think that is going to curb your entusiasm:armed: LOL

Chimpy thats how i played paint ball the first time... i was 13 when i first played it on the gold coast all i needed was a letter from my parents saying i could and they rigged me up & set me out to play

i thought the weapons act didnt care if you had licence or not....states players must be 15 years of age...if in doubt ring weapons branch.....it not about being able to shoot a gun...it a health and safety thing in the eyes of the law makers........whilst you may have done it and field op let you do it i stil think it not legal.......

yes blobby if only the law took your mental age into consideration then we wouldnt have to see you at tourneys (well wouldnt have to get stuck behind you leaving them anyway)as johnny law dosnt let 6 year olds play lol

I know I'm still under age but is it possible to be recruited early like a pre-ordered recruiting so when i turn 15 (03/08/08) i will be accepted into the team as a member straight away so my birthday is my joining day? Also if this is my recruiting works out when i turn 15 i will probably already have my paintball marker, Thanks

mate most teams get together by playing ...then they hang out together getting pissed, out at pubs and shit.......if you cant play and cant drink i dont thinkyou wil really fit in......just the truth of the matter......life sucks....

Unless QLD is VERY different, you will not be getting a paintball gun anytime soon.
You have to be 18 to legally own a paintball gun.
