can anyone help me here. i was wondering why in some states u have to be 18 or over to play while in w.a. u can be 13 :thumbsdow.
Cant the legal age be 13 (or as low as possible) for the whole country.

i'm sure they'll change things in years to come but for now, it's as it stands. Because a paintball marker is classed as a firearm in the governments eye's, you have to comply with each states laws of firearm use and posession. It go's right down to the the public just wanting to have a plug away at bushball. When the states recognise paintball as an official sport, watch out!, paintball will explode but that's a long way off...Yes the rules may change for the better as a sport, especially playing age but I doubt they'll reduce the restrictions on paintball gun ownership...

Agreed... don't point it out to them, otherwise they'll probably change it to "bring it into line with the rest of the nation". :hammer: Cutting a lot of the fields' business over here. Mind you, I think most of the social refs here will agree we don't really want little kiddies because of the trouble they cause... :no:

I think its a conspiracy between the state governments of all the other states/territories and Laser Skirmish operators!!:hammer: :lol:
