I've seen guys ghetto mod em, not too hard to do, but often permanent (i.e glued on). Seen like dice or little skulls and stuff...

i got it from the states.

Cant remember who i got it off of though. I think it was punishers (http://www.punisherspb.com)

only thing i didnt like about it was that the new shaft that came with it was a little bit thinner that the standard one and it was really loose in my hopper. I ended up using the standard one but the rip drive was a bit small and didnt quite fit so i just grabbed some sand paper and had it on in under 2 minutes.
