Re-Building an Empire B W/Rip

Does anyone know if there's a pictorial strip down of a halo/empire loader ?

I went to put it back together and it doesnt seem to spin as easily as before - I think it's got something to do with the clear cup and spring that's under the roulette wheel..

If someone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it..
