Have a section called 'Team Forums' where individual teams can have their own little area to chat and discuss things, but keep it separate to the rest of the main categories. :thumbsup:

Yea man sounds sweet, but with all the new up and coming teams, we will have a shiteload of threads with hundreds of teams chatting hear and there u know.

Mabey a a little section for ALL teams to organise training sessions and stuff like that, but we'll leave it with the boss and se what he says:p

Most ppl have MSN Messenger, it's a good chat platform, supports audio and video too.

It could be done, but I cant see an individual team forum maintaining enougth traffic to make it worthwhile.

For starters, they would have to be private to stop everyone else from spamming them to hell, then you have the ongoing issue of adding/removing access to people to limit it to current team members only.

I really think MSN or somthing like http://groups.google.com would be more suitable for individual team chat.
