Naming Cheats

If you suspect or believe that someone cheated, it is fine to discuss it in the appropriate forum, however you must not name or directly identify the player in question.
As in normal life, these people are entitled to the presumption of being innocent until proven guilty.

If a player has been penalised by a Ref for a cheating offence then its a different matter, as in effect they have been found guilty.
In that case you can identify the player while discussing the incident.

Posts breaking these rules will be either edited or deleted.

We all know who does & who doesnt. I know if someone called me a cheat then they dont know me. I always call myself out even if it could co either way.

some ppl think that its like playing basketball & getting a foul.... if you dont get caught well then thats good. if ya do well then ya got caught.

In Australia you are classed as a cheat.. we have seen it happen. its just like some bastard jumping in front of you at a wollies counter. You kick the SH1t out of them & then shove ya fully loaded trolly over their head as you make ya way to pay.

Well in Aus it just dont cut the mustard..

They may decide to take "your" comments personally and take very "personal" action against you at the next tourney. That is if the accusation was untrue.
Afterall how would you feel to be named "Deadeye the cheating wanker" for no apparent reason. ( don't know you so only an example)

If as Bill said the cheater was caught then it's confirmed but if it's not confirmed then your rumour mongering.

Hey Bill what if the incident is witnessed by several people but unfortunately not by the refs?
I'm not refering to any incident but want to clear up a possible issue.

Ya got a point kahuna but I think Deadeye ment naming confirmed cheats.
The best way to bring someone out is by video evidence but we must understand that a player might have not felt the hit or just made an honest mistake so we don't want to ruin that persons life for one stuffup.

just naming a person out right isnt right as a certain person may have a personal vendetta against the other person. But if several people seen it and are willing to say so in public then I'm fine with that. Or if the person has form for cheating then I'm all for naming them that way they might be shamed into playing by the rules....

Some old guy once told me ,that if someone wrongs you in some way ,then you should take them aside and explain what they have done ,so if they have made a mistake they have a chance to apologize ,but if they keep it up ,a couple of well placed shots ,when u bunker them ,should sort the situation out:hammer:
