How do most people in here wash there paintball pants/jerseys..

Ive washed my pants and shirts with a warm wash and crap like that
and it still has a old oil smell to them..

Just wondering if its something youve got to deal with, or if its something im doing wrong..

Thanks
Ryan

I use dynamo then run softener through the rinse.. brings up all the team jerseys nicely ( cos unfortunately, that's my job.. ) and my 05 jt tourney pants come up beaut !

If you put softener through, you'll find they don't stain that easy either.. but eventually when they get old.. you'll have a hard time keeping them clean.. I think about 3 years is the life of a jersey..

it even gets out that aweful chronic waxy paint.. :D

A bit of preen helps to get out the waxy paints like chronic. Typically I don't have any issue with getting paint out of the pants, or smells

to get those waxy paints out the best thing is to soak them in nappy san, the just use the washing machine. Doesnt matter how old the jersey is it wont harm it....

Cool, share your wife around then JJJ:p
Never had any issues with stains or smells, and my paintball gear hasn't either:o Bit of washing powder, all good to go.

My Girlfriend & her girlfriend rub soap all over their bodies, then they use their bodies to clean my ball clothes while im wearing them in the shower.

It does get anoying as i just want to shower after a hard day @ the field & I think she is selfish & she should learn how 2 use a washing machine like me mum!! :)

don't rub the inside of your lenses if you can help it..

Just get your gogg's - turn your shower on.. and give em a good rinse in running water ( warm tends to get the paint off easier )... then just hang them to dry in a well ventilated position.. and they'll give you years of service..

I've been doing that to all my gogg's and they all look like new.. if you have an issue with them fogging eventually.. and they will, because the coating will wear off.. get a bottle of antifog, antistatic lens cleaner from your local coles or optometrist and a lens cloth.. give em a spray and polish it off.. and they'll be just like new !

I find if you add a bit of lemon to the wash also everything comes out much brighter and smells really nice

What did we all just run down to roo's house for the *rest of our lives*. Sod's off to that.
Warm water will dissolve all of the shells and most of the paint. But you do want to leave your clothes smelling like a woman has been draping herself against you so I throw a dash of my lady's parfume in the wash as well.
I am a big man-girl after all !

Mine goes from the washing machine into the dryer...it shrinks pants like a Mo-Fo...but hey, if we didn't like spending money on new stuff, we'd be playing laser tag !
