At one point, I contemplated a HL:CS tat on my shoulder.. but then thought better of it.. :D

yeah it wouldnt go well with the rainbow on your other shoulder and the butterfly on your ankle(Rainman told me)

i have 2 friends who play cs all day, everyday. told them about paintball but they wouldnt hear of it. they were too busy *fraging*.... hmmm that reminds me. if you havent seen the pure pwnage series then you should watch them they are hiliraious. the file sizes are large ( around 100mb ) but the episodes go for around 20mins. www.purepwnage.com

People dont 'Frag' on CS - "fragging' is a doom/quake term. CS never got it own 'death term' cept 'pwned'. Cs was good for ages, and it still probably the most widely played game in the world online - but they havent changed it. In all the time its been out its hardly changed... even CS Source didnt change anything about the gameplay - just the graphics. - its still the same game. Some People still love it - but after 6 years of playing it -i threw in the towel.
Vietcong was great thanks to iron sights - and i played it for awhile. But Call of Duty (CoD) totally blew the old games away. Single player and Multi were much more rewarding than CS ever was. It seemed that there was less emphasis on 'twitch gaming' and more on clever movement and timed shots. -gives us poor old white fellas a chance ot compete with teh '1337' asian gamers :lol:
CoD 2 is on its way, and is set to be a corker- the AI might be scripted unlike Doom 3 and HL2 - but its scripted far more realisitically than the 'Real Time AI' - creates a far more Movie like experience in single player mode.

If you want to see true mad skillz for CS tho -try finding Spyders "Scout or Die" series - all he uses is teh Steyer Scout. The Bolt Action weak Sniper rifle - and totally destroys teams. Headshot king.

Come now ladies sif CS will ever make it back to top of the gamers list. I played it for 7 years n admined for some. My god how the game realy just doesnt change. The froobs get froobier n the pro's are yesterdays froobs. BF2 seems to be doing pretty well so far. Call of duty puts a nice spin on things also. Now ladies get your markers together and see how you all do in the real world...Beware the Cheeks is out there!!!

I dont want my first post to be about CS, but yeah it seems thats the way its gunna be.

CS was fun/really fun in the beta days before it went on the shelf.

Did any of you guys play back then??
If so does anyone remember Sheep_Rapist?
That was me...
but yeah, CS died when they released it in stores(which they said they wouldnt ever do)
