No, but it does make people think twice before they post it.

Ive had a lot fewer complaints about rep abuse since we changed to this way.

Yeah i agree will make them think twice.
Mine has been hammered lately due to shananigans.. personally im not whinging and not bothered about mine. But still open for abuse.
