they were being used by pro teams at NXL last weekend and apparently they rocked!
not sure about the maintinence but wouldn't expect it to be any higher than a shocker.

I hope its nothing like the shockers I have seen
you have to spend hundreds on upgrades to get them to run for a whole tourney... or is that not the case any more?

Mike, I think Zoran, myself and a few of the other boys will be getting one when we come up on the 24th April so I certainly hope you will have some in stock. From what Zoran was telling us on Friday after having a go with one when he was up there they certainly sound like they are the go!

I found the on/off switch to be a little fiddly, but other than that, seems to a be a fairly solid platform.
With a little trigger adjustment, the thing flew!

how do they peform with the ramping off?

Pretty fast, and that was out of the box, no trigger adjustment at all.
With a lightened trigger, the thing would fly.
I'm buying one, purely on price and first impressions.

Hey guys,
I'm still waiting on my ION, I'm sure Action will have it very soon :respekt:
I don't know what manual you get with the marker, but after scouring the net looking for every bit of info on this marker I found the following link that has a PDF version of the manual for the SP ION to download.

I'm sure the forum would be great, if you could speak German??? has a few pics of being fully stripped down etc.
