My Karnivor is set at about 285 to 290 fps with the spring adjustment showing about 3 threads, the adjuster is screwed into the body showing three threads of the internal threading of the body.
VERY IMPORTANT....make sure you completely remove the little "tail" at the rear of the gun as the spring adjuster is slotted and the bolt that holds on the tail locks the adjuster in place, also be careful re-fitting the tail as one of the slots has to be aligned with the threaded hole the tails bolt goes into or you WILL do the gun a lot of damage!
Majority of velocity adjustment is normally done by adjusting the pressure input to the gun, you may not need to adjust spring tension if you can get desired velocity by pressure adjustment only (mine needed more spring tension but not all will).
This is done by adjusting the grub screw in the base of the angled back regulator, I think the allen key size is 1/4 inch from memory?
Ring me on 0419118045 and I will talk you through it if you are unsure, dont force anything as you will most likely break something...and that will be expensive!
Try adjusting the regulator before trying anything else

Turn he gun upside down and have a look for the grub screw in the "handgrip" regulator.
It is retained with a circlip so you cant wind it all the way out.
If you unscrew it, your velocity should go up, screwing it in (clockwise) should drop your velocity (after a couple of "clearing' shots to lower the existing pressure).
Only look at adjusting spring tension I mentioned earlier if you cant get the desired velocity setting by adjusting pressure.
Ring me if you get stuck.
Cheers, Neil

Dan if it's you & that's my old/near new Karnivor you will have to up the velocity through the back block I had it running at around 280 fps with line pressure around 600 psi
If you have any problems give me a call

Cheers
