Link to the chatroom on the main forum page

Would be handy to have a link to the chatroom (preferrably working :lol: ) along the top bar where the calendar is etc

There will be a quick link on the menu bar at least, hopefully a list of members currently online as well.
The link will be put on the menu as soon as we get on a decent IRC server that everyone can connect to ok.
