Help weight of CO2 bottle

I have a 20oz co2 clynder, what is the weight the bottle should weigh when filled.
including the weight of the bottle its self.

Please tell me it is 3LB 1oz or 1.4kg

Mate weigh the bottle empty then add 20 oz and ounce (not weed) is about 28 grams (from memory).

Sweet & Sour Sauce
Equal parts Vinegar sugar water pineapple juice
Dash of tomato sauce bit of garlic
Thicken with cornflour.
If you want to change it to a lemon sauce
Delete pineapple juice and add lemon juice
Same as for orange sauce etc.
For a Thai Sweet and Sour
Just add chill, ginger, coriander, basil and a bit of fish sauce.
