How much for a Scuba Tank?

How much should I be paying for a secondhand Scuba tank? :confused:
The best price I have found so far is a 88 somthing or other sized tank for around the $140.00 is this an alright price?

is it in test ?? if not you have to add that on to the price

Yeah thats a good point. I never asked if they were in test or not. Or even how long they have left in test.
