Does anyone know what the set up will be for round one this year. I know that the field will be Strath, but how many fields will be set and how many teams have registered???
I am pretty sure its one field, the RPS Sup Air, and 16 teams.

'fraid not chief, times are as follows
8:00 - Registration
8:30 - Captains Meeting
9:00 - First Game
The draw for the weekend is not done as yet, hopefully it will be posted around thursday.
High Pressure Air has been confirmed, filling to 3500 P.S.I.
The HPA system in use has only 2 outlets, this may cause a little congestion in the morning so a little patience please and preference to the first couple of teams. As the day go's on there should not be too much waiting.
If teams want to bring a couple of dive bottles to ease the early morning rush for air, that would be great. You don't have to but it might take the pressure off
(pun intended)

early warning Refs at SAPPA Rnd 1 will be on the look out for any abusive or offensive language used both on and off the field with immeadiate appropriate penalties being issued, the bonus with arm bands once they are pulled no questions asked ......... I mean really NO questions asked

yup dude its a 1 for 1 (its the only smilies close to what I wanted) there was concerned report about the language on the filed especially on camera and infront of children, you have to remeber more and more potential players are coming along to tournaments as well as dignatries watching our footage for future tournament approval its not good PR and at the end of the day its unprofessional. This is to say that you cannot swear at all, in fact most team huddles have some form of swearing in them but its all to do with context. the letter of the law is if the Referee finds the language "abusive or offensive" the latter being pretty hard to achieve in this day and age but refers to possible racial or personnally defamative remarks. The Abusive is a simple rule if you use language to abuse a player or referee you WILL be eliminated or 1 for 1'nd.
Ok RPS field is now officially here in Adelaide. Came in a big wooden box with instructions from Gav to put Dead_Eyes body in before repacking!
