Warp Feed dwell settings...

Does any one know or understand the dwell/jumper settings on the warpfeed?
My 1st one just worked filth out of the box but my 2nd one dosnt seem to love me as much as the 1st (isnt that always the way).
If anyone can sheed some light on this I promise to take it easy on you next time :evil
