Reg leak

G'day
I have a Spyder Shutter and it is leaking from the front pin hole under neath the regulator (standard one).

I have tried different o-rings and stuff but still it leaks.
Does anyone have any ideas.

Is it over pressurised? did you use oil or grease? Did you put the correct o'rings inthe correct place? were the o'rins serviceable when fitting? and did you damage them on installation?

Only thing i would suggest is strip it down clean it thoroughly, ensuring that there is not remnance of dirt. (use contact cleaner or something like it to clean th hard to get places. don't get it o'rings. Devastating.) Rebuild the reg with all new orings and a little grease (Molykote M33 is usually pretty good) and see how you go.

Other than that. Bin it and go buy a Shocker '03 so then i can have a look at it and decide wether I want one as well.:D

Too easy
