Hi guys,
I took my cousin paint balling a couple of weeks back and now he wants to buy a gun.
I've told him to buy a trippman 98 or a PMI R6 or something like that for his first gun, but he wants to get the best there is straight away. He's talking about getting a cyborg yet hes only played about 4 games max.
His excuse is "I don't want to waste my money getting the lower class gun when I'm going to buy a better gun in the future."
What do you guys think?
Its his money, Cant make him do something lol. But with little play he probably shouldnt buy the latest model and most expensive marker he can.
Why not get him to look at an 06 instead of an 07 model cyborg? Its $400 cheaper then 07. Should be more then enough for him, high end marker just not the latest model
Thats if he insists on getting a high end marker.

yeah.... 06 model of anything electro would be perfect for a new player.
If he's loaded with $$$ then bugger it - go get an 07 awesome face mowing machine... but its really not worth it - you wont knw what gun you REALLLY want until a few months of seeing what everyone else has got... so get a cheap gat to learn on, then step up once you know some more.
06 borg, 05 timmy, 05 dye, 06 ego... all should be reasonably priced and will rip...

I saw yesterday souse had a new a1 for sale cheap and all the backlash boys are selling there 06 gats at the moment for pretty fair prices.
If it was me i wish i didn't buy my first 2 markers. Not that there was anything wrong with them but it would have saved me lots of $$$$ in the end.

get a high end second hand marker... they're up for sale all the time and the majority are just a cheaper version of the newest high end markers out there...

Dude, congratulate him on his new purchase, then ask him if he can spot you for a gat...
If he's really loaded let him pick up the paint bill each time you go out... :p
a few mates of mine bought 3 of Tim's new Evil Shockers, and they have all only played rec once or twice... :respekt:
BETTER STILL GET HIM TO BUY MY GAT... :p
